Q: What are PRIDE Points?

A: PRIDE Points are a non-payment card based rewards program offering Points for qualifying purchases. Points can be redeemed for a variety of in-store items or discounts based on the PRIDE family’s current promotion and redemption offerings. 

Q: How do I log in to the PRIDE Point website?

A: On your first visit to the website, www.loyaltyretailrewards.com/thepridestores/login you’ll need to set up your profile with a username and password. You will also be asked to set up security question(s) and answer(s) for password retrieval. Once you create your profile you will log in with your username and password which will enable you to view your current point balance, earnings history, and demographic information provided at the time of registration. Online redemption capabilities are not an available feature of the consumer website; you must be present at a PRIDE location, QSR including Urban Counter and Taco Urbano, or PRIDE Beer and Wine plus Spirits location to redeem points.

Q: How do I know how many Points I have?

A: PRIDE Point balances are always available on the website, www.loyaltyretailrewards.com/thepridestores/loginor on the PRIDE app or you may call customer service at 800-260-4910 to verify your balance. 

Q: How do I earn Points?

A: Simply use your PRIDE Points loyalty card information at the PRIDE Family locations for your purchases. You will earn Points based on your qualifying net purchases (purchases minus any credits). You will earn Points as long as your account is in good standing e.g.: not suspended or otherwise inactive, and not available for use or if this program is discontinued.

Q: How do I redeem points?

A: Based on available redemption promotions set up by PRIDE, and the availability of sufficient Points in your account to qualify for a particular redemption, you can notify the customer service representative previous to paying during the time of the transaction to redeem.

Q: What if I don't have enough Points for the redemption?

A: Your PRIDE Points account must have the sufficient number of Points available to redeem or you will not be offered redemption(s).
