THREE WAYS TO SAVE

Bronze Member – Earn Points for Instant Savings and Club Programs

Use your Crown Card in the store and at the pump to earn points that can be used towards savings on in store merchandise or fuel purchases.  Shop more and save more as a Crown Club Member, where you can buy 5 coffees, cappuccinos or fresh brewed teas and get the 6^th one FREE.  Also you can buy 5 fountain drinks, get the 6^th one FREE.

Silver Member – Bonus Points and Sweepstakes

In addition to earning points for instant savings, Silver Members will enjoy even more benefits with their Duchess Rewards card.   You can increase your savings by registering your Crown Card at any Duchess or logging onto duchessshoppe.com.  By doing so, you’ll earn 1500 bonus points just for registering your Crown Card!  Silver Members also enjoy the benefits of being a part of the Royal Sweepstakes, whereby we giveaway tons of great prizes each month.  These prizes can include free gas for a month, free fountain and coffee drinks, IPads, flat screen TVs, sports tickets, free products, bonus points, etc.

Gold Member –Earn Double Points

In addition to the Bronze and Silver Member benefits, the Gold Members will receive the highest level of customer loyalty with their Duchess Rewards cards!   When you spend $50 or more* inside any Duchess throughout a given month, you will receive Gold Member’s perks!  All of the points you earn in the store and at the pump will be DOUBLED** the following month!

*The $50 spend is limited to inside purchases only, not including excluded items (i.e. tobacco, alcohol, lottery, money orders, prepaid phone cards and/or gift cards).  This does not include fuel purchases. 

**Base points only (20 points per $1 in store and 20 points per gallon at pump will be doubled.  Bonus point items will not be doubled for gold members.)

HOW TO EARN POINTS

Earn Points on Merchandise and Fuel

Earn 20 points for every gallon of fuel purchased.

Earn 20 points for every dollar spent on in-store merchandise.

Also keep an eye out in the store and on our website for specially marked bonus items that allow you to earn even more points!

At the Pump

Insert your Crown Card when prompted by the card reader, before your method of payment.

In the Store

Swipe your Crown Card when prompted by the card reader or present your card to the sales associate at the register, before your method of payment.  

HOW TO REDEEM YOUR CROWN POINTS

Redemption Options

Each month, select in store merchandise and other items will be available for FREE based entirely on point redemption.  You may also redeem your points any time for cents off savings on fuel purchases.   See the brochure at the stores or view the current redemption items at duchessshoppe.com. 

At the Pump

Insert your Crown Card when prompted by the card reader, before your method of payment.  Then follow instructions on the card reader. 

In the Store

Present your Crown Card to the sales associate at the register along with your redemption item of choice.  If you want to use your points for a fuel purchase the sales associate will adjust accordingly.

HOW TO MANAGE YOUR CROWN POINTS

Registered customers check your Crown Point balance at www.duchesshoppe.com.  Other ways to manage your Crown points is to look at the bottom of your receipt or have a Duchess sales associate check your balance for you.
