Maintenance Schedule

In an effort to provide the most secure and state-of-the-art rewards experience possible, we are continually making updates to the Retail Rewards Program. However, we realize the importance of your being able to access the rewards website and view purchases and transactions at your convenience. For this reason, we are providing you with the   schedule of available maintenance windows which we adhere to below. Please note that system changes are not made during every one of the listed times, but rather, these are the time frames available for use in the event updates are necessary.
Site maintenance and upgrade time has been allotted as follows:
  • 4th Sunday of every month from 10:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time
System upgrades are designed and scheduled in such a manner as to minimize the amount of possible   service interruption and it is very rare that the full time allotted is used. However, if you happen to experience any issues while browsing the rewards site during these times, it may be due to updates which are currently in process.
