Handy Food Stores Privacy Policy.

Accordingly, Handy Food Stores (“Handy”) provides this Privacy Policy to inform you of the policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information on handyfoods.com (the “Site”) or through Handy’s Rewards To Go membership program (the “Program”, and with the Site, the “System”). This Privacy Policy applies to all of the products, services and websites offered by Handy, its parent, and its subsidiaries and affiliated companies (collectively, the “Handy Services”). When using the System, you consent to the collection, transfer, manipulation, storage, disclosure and other uses of information as described in this Privacy Policy. As is more fully described herein, Handy reserves the right to use your information in the United States regardless of in which country you reside or create the information from. Handy collects information that you provide to us when you sign up for the Program or when you register or log in to the Site and use any of the Handy Services it may now or hereafter provide. Handy may also use the personal information you provide to deliver any Handy Services you may have ordered or to determine your eligibility and deliver prizes relating to any promotions or sweepstakes Handy may offer from time to time.
